Lower Core - Week 1 'Sticky Day'

Lower Core fun!  'Sticky Day' included experimenting with things that stick and things that don't!  We tried a button, puff ball, honey, glue, band-aids, invisible tape, masking tape, packing tape, and duct tape.  We played with a tacky ball made of duct tape, enjoyed stations with many types of magnets, buttons and snaps.

We read STUCK, BRER RABBIT AND THE TAR BABY, and THE GIANT JAM SANDWICH.  We made a pine cone feeder with sticky peanut butter, and we played games like Snake, Twister, Trolley Relay, and Jump The Bridge (of Duct Tape).  There was so many fun things to do, I'm sure that I'm forgetting something.  What kinds of things 'stick' at your house?
